the last time, it failed to breakout from 58c, confirming the double top

once 42c is broken, 40c will be the a good support.

dividend warrior will be happy if it goes to $3.00

a breakdown from $3.00 will probably find a better support at $2.86

so watch the $3.50 resistence and $3.40 support

WE Holdings Ltd Tuesday shed some light on why its share price nearly halved on Monday, falling 47 per cent to end the day at 6.8 Singapore cents.

It announced changes to its board, proposed last month, involving the appointment of Tea Yeok Kian, Terence as the company's executive chairman and member of the nominating committee, as well as the resignation of three others: Toh Hock Ghim as independent director and non-executive chairman, Chng Weng Wah as non-executive director and deputy chairman. and Ng Boo Gan as executive director.

It also said it has issued 167 million new shares to its placees which will commence trading on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange from Tuesday.

It further announced the completed sale of 148.3 million shares by controlling shareholder Mr Chng, representing 21.9 per cent of the company's enlarged share capital post-placement.
