Wah OZ accepted Fincantieri's Offer. 50million shares (~4-5% of all shares I think). Not sure what to make of this, but this may remove some selling pressure for STX OSV in the short term. Since OZ has been aggressively selling their stake recently.

I just vested... I started looking at their FY report etc after you said you bought last week :) and realize there is huge potential. One qn though

If they acquire more than 90% means delisted? Then those who vested... What will happen? Become worthless like 0cents or force sell to them at 1.22?

Force sell at $1.22. Or become minority shareholder in an unlisted company.

Yeah still got around 1%. Do they still need to report transactions now that they own less than 5%?

no need liao, they can either slowly buy until 5%, or they can slowly sell to 0% also nobody know now

Suddenly a queue of 1.1mill shares to sell at 1.240 at pre-close. Possibly from OZ?

Edit: The seller changed to 1.245. Should be the same seller I think. Cos almost same number of shares.

I'm still holding my 20 lots

Double bottom forming, once clear 1.33 is a good sign.

But I buy base on FA, 7x earnings, net cash excluding construction loans

Conservatively, 9x current ttm earnings
Fair value, 11x current ttm earnings

Yeah I wonder if they'll sell their remaining stake. :s22:

Using pap favorite worst case scenario, actually they can slowly buy back below below 1.22 n regain their shares hoping for a higher takeover bid too

once the news is out, it is usually the beginning of the end. Look at Sakari and STX OSV...either way, the range is minimum.

that's what I feel la.
