Mini desktop recommendations

I am currently looking to get a mini desktop mainly for work (excel processing) and some multimedia usage (watch movies). I already got my prism+ monitor

Are these 2 suitable for me or is there any better recommendation? Budget about 500.

Deskmini with 2200G/2400G is sufficient. cheaper and more powerful than nuc and can play games. Also has hdmi 2.0 for your 4k tv

100plus for one seem like too cheap for a pc. I wonder if the specs are ok. Won't want to wait very long just to boot the pc or run any program like excel.
