Mini-ITX casing PSU reliable?

Mini-ITX casings, especially those slim type, usually comes with their 100W-200W PSU built-in, such as those InWin casings.

Are those supplied PSUs reliable enough not to fry the mainboard?

If not, such casings also cannot accept standard size PSU replacements from other brands/models. What to do then?

For normal usage yes ~ since u only use CPU/mobo/ram/hdd/ssd it's more then enough..however if u try to add a gfx that require 6/8 pin connector it might make the comp unstable..
