Been out with diy for years totally lost touch. Keen in building a mini itx gaming rig..not sure possible. Appreciate your recommendation.

Below are parts i currently have.

Monitor, ssd and hdd , both 2.5"

Budget around 800 without os.

what type of game you intend to play? and what resolution? why mini ITX?

just games like sim city etc...
thinking of laptop initially...because of space constraint.

What kind of space are you looking at for your intended case?

Shoebox, Tall & Lean kind?

Shoebox casing may have CM Elite Series, Fractal Node 304 etc.
Tall & Lean: Something like the RVZ01 from sliverstone may interest you..

Not all itx systems are small
