Hi guys, it's me again. Sorry for posting in multiple threads.

I'm planning to build with a Fractal Design Nano S case which requires a mini-itx motherboard. Will be pairing it with a Intel i5 6500 processor.

May I know what are the things that I'll have to consider when picking a motherboard?

There's so many brands and models and I'm not too sure what each model does. Hopefully it comes with a wifi sort of device. Purpose of the machine will be for gaming and graphic editing, but putting on emphasis on gaming. Budget of 400-450 for the MB+CPU combi.

The Asrock itx are cheap, but from personal experience, I am not getting asrock again.

Hence I went for the Asus B150i (instead of the MSI B150) for the 1150 sound chip (which I think isn't that great afterall and am getting a USB DAC now...)

So I think all in all MSI B150i is ok

If you dont want to overclock, skip any Z series motherboard (they are expensive anyway). From the B and H series ITX motherboards, all you need to do is choose one from a brand you like that has the features you want. Things like number of SATA ports (how many HDD or disc drives you wish to run), whether it has wifi built in (which you want) and bluetooth, whether you want M2 slots, the quality of the onboard sound card, and number/type of USB ports on the back.

Those are all you really need to care about and thats the only difference between the motherboards. Those with more features will cost more. Pick the one with the features you want and nothing more

I reckon I'll go with MSI B150i Gaming Pro AC Skt1151 Mini-ITX. Since it comes with onboard wifi and it is quite decently priced at $185 estimate.

Thank you guys!
