Mini ITX Recommendation & Help

Hello all its my first time here. I want to seek some advice and suggestions as i am about to get a mini itx system for gaming. I have done some research on builds but am not too sure on what i should get because mini itx requires more specific configurations and i am quite overwhelmed by what to get. Before you advise me to go with a typical mid tower build, i have to gently remind any kind replies that i need a mini itx system as i'm looking for something that has a relatively small footprint and better portability as i might move and travel alot in the near future.

I am not entirely new to pc builds and DIY but i have only done one average build before with a CM Elite 431 case. A more compact system might be more challenging and i do not really have time to tinker with it so i will need a shop to purchase and assemble the system from. I've only had experiences with Fuwell so i'm not too sure about other shops like mynXTcom and Tradepac etc. I need only the rig itself and i have a Corsair Neutron GTX ssd from my old build to be used as my primary boot drive. I'm also keen on learning to overclock in the future so i need this system to be OC capable. My budget is $2k to $2.2k though i can stretch abit more to $2.5k which is my absolute max. List of parts i need

1) Motherboard - (Asus Maximus VI Impact?)

2) CPU - Haswell or Ivy Bridge (heard about Haswell not being temp friendly when OCing at top end clock speeds)

3) Case - Bitfenix Prodigy? Silverstone FT03?

4) Graphics Card - I am looking for a 770 or 780 but not sure which brand to get. I need high performance at 1080p

5) RAM - 8gb ? Corsair Vengeance Pro ?

6) Storage - Just a normal 1TB media drive. WD Blue fine?

7) PSU - Modular or Non-modular depending on case?

8) Cooler - Closed loop kit? Corsair Hydro series?

9) OS - Windows 7 Home

You are willing to pay so high on that piece of ITX mobo which in turn may not give you much future expansion in the long run?

I don't know. Its quite costly and isn't worth the money. But if you insist i will just throw in some recommendations for you.

As of now the Asus Maximus Impact is only available at Infinity or Bizgram.

Total $2410 Build at tradepac accept for Mobo +CPU.

You will need the Low profile type, as yusing the water cooled cap might obstruct along the way. Next is the Smallest sized CPU cooler would be the Corsair Hydro H60 and able to fit into the Bitfenix Prodigy.

I recommend the GTX770 for you. But you must take the correct dimensions first. As it might not fit into the chassis with the H60 blocking your way. Do some proper calculations first.
