Sorry for asking coz not really updated on PC world

Looking to build 4 node virtualization lab
Intel i5
8/16 GB RAM
One SSD, One HDD
USB 3.0
Gigabit LAN
Without Operating System
Hopefully low power consumption

I saw online people are using Intel NUC, but I'm looking for cheaper alternative. Open for buying from China website though I don't read Chinese
