Looking to upgrade my parents' old laptop to a Mini-PC with a large screen.

Any recommendations?

No budget at all.

Usage is mostly websurfing/YouTube/E-Mail.

No gaming.

I'm looking for something small, compact, quiet with low to moderate power consumption. Needs USB 3.0 and wireless AC.

This might fit the build, can throw in more RAM to improve its speed

How reliable are these?

And does it make a difference on whether it's a Celeron or a proper Core chip?

Looks decent otherwise. Though I have no idea what the brand of the SSD is.
