The number to hit is 50 in order to post picture. I think it's quite achievable to reach tat amount though I m more concern if the forum will host the picture or do we still need things like photo bucket?

You need 50 post count for all forums except EDMW which require 100 count.

Apply to non-deluxe member only, members can post picture/link as long as met 50/100 post count.

It's per post. When you start a thread, that's counted as 1 post. You also rack up posts by asking questions here.
