Miui china version doese not support wireless@SGx?

tried wireless@SGx few days ago and found my red mi 3X could not connect to wireless@SGx using EAP, is miui china version cannot support it? any one encountered this issue before?

I am using miui 8.1.2 china version, just installed google play.

Maybe sometime difficulty initially.
In my case, no issue at Bedok Mall/Bedok MRT.
But encountered IP Configuration error at White Sands.
This issue self resolved a few days ago.

I connect via SIM instead.

My RMN4 on China developer ROM no issue. Stable also no issue. Sometimes it's the W@SG itself, I can't log on to some hotspots through EAP-SIM once in a while too.

thanks， I think it could be wirelessSG side, it can be connected at EXPO but failed at clementi MRT。 but there is no any issue with Tab S， something strange。
