Mob briefing

Hi all, am having a briefing and kitting soon for mob. But it is only for half a day. How can i apply leave for work on that day? Half day reservist leave and half day annual leave? Or just take one day reservist leave but worried later when company claim pay will have issues. Pls advise??

In the first place, you will not know if the mob will come & at what time.

For example, you apply 1/2 day morning leave & will needs to go back to work in the afternoon cause SAF have not recall you back for mob yet.

My advice to you is just go to work.

Mean morning 1/2 day cover by SAF100? Then just apply for annual leave on afternoon.

Cause SAF100 will write the start & end time. Unless they state 1 day, then you don't even needs to apply for 1/2 day annual PM leave.

You will look "garang" if you go back to office

take 1/2 annual leave

and just wear ur civilian for the briefing no ones gives a ****

and go back to office later if u dun want to take

Briefing is often on a sat or Sunday.... If workday then no choice, you need to follow the stipulated timing on your Saf100.
