ok i planned and booked trip, air tix and all during this july period for april next year.

Then i just receive mob manning notice TODAY that the period is the same as the time i go overseas.

Howl ah, can defer anot or saf will play die another nsman

Let your superiors know, then apply for deferment.

If your transportation and accomodation has been purchased before you receive the SAF100 notice, just inform your upper levels that you won't be around. You'll probably have to provide the payment receipts as proof.

You have to inform them as early as possible that you will be outside SIngapore because, depending on your MOB duties, they will have to reassign your duties to someone else.

If MOB activated, they won't call your HP or send anyone to look for you at your residence if you don't respond or turn up.

Sidenote - if your trip gets cancelled or postoned, you have to inform them as well. They can check to see if you have left SG through ICA.
