Mobile Data Network settings cannot be found on iphone using StarHub Sim ?

I realised that both my prepaid and postpaid SH on iphone does not have the Mobile Data Network settings (APN settings) but the option is available on my SingTel Sim.

So how do I edit the APN when using the SH SIM card?

Why are the APN Settings Hidden on my iPhone
Some iPhones by default, the APN Settings are hiden so you cannot change them. This decision is made by the the original Carrier the iPhone was sold via.

Thanks. I believe it's a sh SIM card setting that prevents access to the Apn because my iphone is purchase direct from Apple and the option doesn't shows up.

But at least I know the reason behind it

the settings are hidden based from iOS version and carrier settings.

i have starhub sim. the APN can be changed on ios 8.4 and ios 9.3
