Current build:

G.Skill RipjawsX 1600MHz 8GB(2x4GB) 9-9-9-24
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming
i5-4670K
Xigmatek Dark Knight SD 1283 Night Hawk Edition
EVGA 1070SC
EVGA 850W G2

The CPU seems to be bottlenecking the GPU, main usage is gaming BF1.

What is the recommended bundle and Ram and looking also a CPU cooler (AIO/Air) for safe everyday use Overclocking?

You don't need to change. Bf1 is cpu intensive. An i5 will be fully loaded nonetheless. Max graphic would heavily tax the gpu also even if you run in 1080p.

How much did you overclock your cpu?

Forgot to mention running 1440p to try to achieve 144hz( but of course I couldn't hence the upgrade). Thats why I need to upgrade since its CPU intensive.

CPU running at 4Ghz

Even if you upgrade to i7, I don't think 1440p 144hz is possible with gtx 1070. Down the resolution to 1080p perhaps you can.

Cheapest way to upgrade is i7-4790k oc to 4.5ghz, run at medium-high graphical settings, perhaps you can hit 1440p 144hz. I can't be too sure as I don't have this cpu and I don't have high refresh monitor as well.
