As long not overclocking, get non-Z Mobo and non-K CPU. Additionally, K CPUs do not ship with the stock HSF

Hx10 - Basic features
Bx50 - More basic features
Hx70 - Same features as Zx70 except overclocking

Just need to search. I think previously msi h110 have them. Less then 150. The new h210 dunno have or not. Pls do take note that it will cost u easy 60-70 easiy to get a new wireless ac adapter.

budget is around 1.2k - 1.3k w/o monitor, keyboard and mouse
I won't be using wireless as I will be connecting directly through LAN. Not going to OC anything also.

Don't think there's a h210. Intel Ark site also never state have.

H110 mini itx board mostly have wireless. But to use kabylake need to update bios. A tad bit tedious.

Informative thread. Just adding on that I bought the sabertooth motherboard thinking it would be more durable, but in the end one of the usb ports not working after a year. Lazy to change. I'll prob never go with such an expensive board again. Could have bought 2 or 3 h/b boards for the same price i paid for the sabertooth. At the end of the day its all see whether you suay or not :s13:
