you can use hdtune to do a scan for errors and smart status to confirm if there is really an issue with the ssd. otherwise the problem may come again.

I dont really think ssd breaks down that easily.

I can tell you, it's your ASS-ROCK board.

I have a Asrock H81 and the QC of ASRock is trash.. never going to an ASRock board again

issues for ASRock boards I have faced

RAM Slot faulty/Cold boot startup issues
the SATA controller start failing
the PCI-E slot stopped working

suggest you to get a ASUS H81M-K or buy a new amd set


My 6.5 years asrock B75M-dgs MB also one ram slot cannot detect RAM, usb3 port and audio port are dead, but still using it lol.
