Sad, my mobo sent in for repair. But I was told it could take 8 wks. Has anyone been through something like this before? 8 wks of no cpu is damn irritating...

You can asked for loan board to tie over the period...just bring your Rma form.
It should be no issue, as what Terence52 replied.

Why don't you buy a new mobo and sell away the RMA board when it is back?

It's alright. I have already use so much time to send it for repair and to sell it then buy another mobo will take more time away from me. I might as well just use it and make improvement to my CPU by getting new Graphic card as well as an ssd and overvlockin my processor to 3.9ghz at least.
