Mod/admin, can suggest on some feature change?

emoticon from the post like option. This is to remove any negativity or trigger any potential hates
2. have some min post counts before a user can start to report? this is so that a user is sufficient interactive exchanges with others, gaining better understanding of one another expressions/views, before a measure of making reports
3. forumers have been suggesting ways to improve the forum(s). admins only say well noted, bla bla bla. why dun admins share an improvement list to better the improvement or get feedback?

Admins should remind themselves of this disclaimer of theirs:
This forum is moderated by volunteer moderators who will react only to members' feedback on posts.

By limiting members' ability to report they are defeating the purpose of the disclaimer. Thus, TS' suggestion will further make it worse

I suggest that the reporting limit be removed. Members who increase your moderators workload by reporting unnecessarily should be infracted instead.

There seems to be a trend where innocent parties are penalized due to the troublemakers' actions. Not only in reporting but in nuking of innocent threads as a result of the presence of a few offensive remarks.

Penalize the troublemakers. Rid the root cause of the problem. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been suggesting this.
