Do we report or ignore it?

Even though he used terms like V++ (fully vaxxed) and V+++ (fully vaxxed plus boosted) , it is quite obvious the threadstarter is referring to people who are vaccinated against COVID.

And from his posting history, he has actively been sharing his anti-vaxx narrative.

Now for this recent thread, he is wishing harm or death upon those who are vaccinated.

So should we ignore his post or report it?
