Are you forgetful or trying to be smart in the wrong way?

You got a total of 8 infraction including warning for spamming since 6-8-2011. Isn't these not enough to remind you not to spam the forum?

What kind of warning you need with 8 infraction in record which in not enough for you as warning or reminder?

Now, I will put up both Mrbeanie and smtowner account for p-ban using clone accounts which clearly voliated the ToS.

Multiple Accounts
HardwareZone.com does not allow users to have more than 1 account. If any user is found to have been passing off as more than 1 individual through multiple accounts in an attempt to sway/influence discussions, those accounts will be permanently banned.

We don't owe you an explanation why you are banned, since you asked, we will answer you out of good will.

Cleanly put, Commach, If we are banned we expect to know the reason why. It will not reflect just in some cases, at least we can dispute it during the ban window. Hence, my secondary account.

To be honest, i expected at least a warning FIRST before a ban. Does infractions from 2011 gets carried over to the next year and so forth?
Theres bound to be a reset of infraction points at some point.

May i understand which thread is exactly spamming the forum hence i get a better understanding of the whole situation too.

You were banned for posting more than 1 thread for the sale of your items in the Marketplace forum. Infraction points expire after 6 months and you were previously warned on 17-05-2012 for unsolicited content.
