Hello, i went for the interview on 31 Oct, and my character referee was contacted 2 weeks later, but i have no news ever since. I emailed moe twice and they told me my application is still processing. Anyone who went the interview around that time who got a reply already?

Im thinking of applying for AED (behavioural). Anyone knows if the career prospects are good (promotions) if the personnel holds a first class honors from NTU/NUS?

What is the starting pay for an allied educator with first class honors? I heard it is definitely lower than what teachers typically earn - but how much lower is this?

First class can apply straight to be a teacher... why apply for aed

Few qns that i could rmb are:

- why do you wana join LBS?

- do u have any experience with children with SEN? How do you handle them?

- have u experienced when child has a meltdown?

- if u are an AED LBS, what would u do when the child has a meltdown?

- what are the difficulties that u foresee? U mentioned that dealing with difficult parents and teachers is a difficulty, what can u do to deal with it?


My interview runs more like a casual conversation. I think the important thing is to share some personal experience that has a personal touch so that they know you have a heart for children with SEN. Good luck!
