if all sleep cycle is half ****.. even sleep 24 hours also useless..

if the sleep quality is good.. 3 cycle of light sleep, deep sleep and REM is good enough..

if no quality sleep, maybe only 1 cycle of full sleep with deep sleep and rem.. the rest ish light sleep
