Hi I suspect my iphone has some moisture damage ever since I left it in the toilet while showering. I don't think it came into direct contact with any water. The back of the phone (near the camera) has been somewhat overheating and the battery is draining at a rapid speed. Any solutions or places where I can fix this? It's just 2 months out of warranty and I have no apple care+.

Hmm try the rice drain method. Else you may bring to AASP or ring Apple directly for their help.
