Molex & Sata connector wiring

Hello,

There are 2 Gnd cable in the 4pin Molex & 5pin Sata power cable.
If these 2 Gnd cable are accidentally swopped, will there be any problem ?

No difference as the ground wires are connected together, both in the PSU and in the device.
