Money Changer at Funan

There used to be a money changer at Funan whom I used to go to whenever I traveled and needed foreign currency. I thought his rates were pretty good.
Now that Funan has closed, does anyone have any idea where he went to? His was a small shop next to lift lobby and escalators coming up from the car park, on the ground floor.

I never considered his rates to be good. I visit the ones along Coleman Street.
