Yesterday, friend change at 5.72 at funan. I missed the text so never changed.

Following the threads here, earlier this week was even higher than the rate yesterday, so still hv chance.

Nope. MAS has intended it to be that way. Until MAS changes her stance or something else happened around the world or US makes some unexpected move, HKD will only become more expensive. However, SGD to HKD rates is expected to stabilize once MAS' objective is reached.
