Ya, as long as your ATM card has <PLUS> or < CIRRUS> at the back of card and you see ATM can accept the same name/logo of cards other than visa or master.
You can withdraw HK $$ with SG limit you set on your oversea withdrawal limit. Eg. Overseas withdrawal is S$2000, you can draw approx HKD$12000.
The rate will be according to bank day rate + S$5 charges.

I think you shopuld check Arcade or People's park money changers.

Also there is an app called GET4X that my friends uses to find the best money changer. Never tired it myself yet but he told me it is free..

After the email is sent, the rate is lock and u have a time validity according to the money changers. So u go within this time and collect your money. Very easy, I use it almost all the time now

Chinatown that Chinese shop is 6.29. I ask two other Indian shops nearby. One is 629.5 another 6.30.

I asked them the same question earlier. They replied that all money changers you can find online are open.They also advice me to call the money changer once booking is done to double check.
