well looks like the tax is increased, hmm.. already got my tickets for the summer sale, wait for their promo.
Or pay $100 more and take SQ or CX with their ongoing promo.

i change for 6.13 at sin .... i go hk the rate is 5.7-5.9 only ..... so change at sin then go hk better

google it and read up more threads/posts will help you. :)
Lastly walking around SG and ask for rates.
I believe this is what we are doing now, go down to money changer and ask for rate then post on forum.

So put some hardwork on to it, don't expect everything to be spoonfed.
