I cannot recall the couple of them that I used to go there and change.

I usually go to the money changer inside Bishan J8 or CCK Lot1. They might not have the best rates in SG, but they offer very competitive rates (possibly one of the highest in SG) which I do not find it worthwhile to sniff out better rates elsewhere.
