Should be exclude cos stashaway deduct every mth the feesstarted investing in Stashaway $500/month from Mar19, so 4k then now have 4.3k not bad i guess? Not sure is it including or excluding fees hmm
Updated. Blessed Christmas
Actually did you take into account the fees charged by the platforms?
Not sure about Moneyowl but for stashaway, the returns you're seeing will always be after fees deducted.
I'm not sure if you can see the fees charged. You need to calculate yourself, I guess. Whatever returns displayed will be after fees. They explicitly state there. How do we see the fees charged for stashaway ? Is there “switching costs” when we change to another risk profile ?

There's no switching cost. If you change the risk profile of a current portfolio, they will make the buy/sell accordingly to meet the new ratios but they won't sell entire portfolio and then buy back.
If you want to combine portfolios into a new risk profile (like increase A and combine B into A since they now have same risk profile, for example), they'll sell the B, transfer the USD to A and buy back under A. I know this because I kena before. Luckily for me, when they consolidating, I overall gained a bit, so not too bad ah.
Thanks ! Meaning to say when switching we don’t incur any sales charge but will be out of the market at that moment ? ( for whatever amounts that require switching ) ... will continue monitoring haha ... just started a bit
Thanks blurpandasg2014 for comparing between moneyowl and stashaway.
I am considering these 2 to invest my SRS.
Appreciate if you can share which one would you recommend and if there are any promotion right now.
