Applied for Stan Chart Ultimate Cashback Card

Got card in Apr 2021
Filed claim for the cash reward via Paynow in Aug 2021
Dashboard shows that my reward was processed in Jan 2022
Till now nothing

Any one else experience the same?

same, previously applied for cashback+, did not get cash reward despite spending the required spend

I never had problems with singsaver. Always got my cashback, although sometimes delay of couple of months.

mine is hsbc premier account, just got the email from moneysmart that i can redeem the macbook.

They say fulfilled long long ago, I called my bank and they dont see any transactions

Once my paper statement comes in (DBS damn dino) and really dont have I'm going to reopen the tix and ask for transactionID

They claim fufilled in Aug 2021

Called bank say dont have such transaction.

Now just wait for paper statement double confirm

Same here. Is it the switch oled from the Jan 22 campaign? I also waiting for it.. moneysmart very slow. This shld be the last time I apply cc thru them.

Claim delay are due to bank validation, some bank may take 9mths

Got a Nintendo switch ytd from orchard, applied hsbc last year.
Try to use the feedback form on their site to “chase” them. They will most likely provide a update for you

Hello guys, did the payment for the cash rewards via paynow or giro?
I applied for citi cashback+ and actually received the cash rewards a month later after approval for cc and fullfilled the min spent via giro from moneysmart and i wonder how they get my bank acc number in the first place for giro when i opted for paynow.

And just ytd i only receive the validation email saying that my claim is successful and rewards is on the way, so weird so im wondering if they will pay me via paynow again? anyone have the same encounter?
