Moneysmart vs Singsaver?

I've previously applied for 4 credit cards via Moneysmart over a few years and I got the rewards for each promo, although they took 3-6 months to process.

But is anyone here familar with Singsaver rewards? I've only recently heard about them and their rewards actually seem better than Moneysmart right now.

both are fine but need to be very careful with the application procedures. 1 step wrong and they don't give any chance, specifically for singsaver

Recently apply CC via MS and must say the claim process are fuss free and efficient.

Not sure about SS but MS does allow applicant to have traceability of the status for redemption.

Singsaver has worked fine for me since the days where you had to go down and collect physical cash, so I stick to them.

Anyone know if telecom and broadband fee are considered as utility charge? It is because utility is part of the exclusion for promotion
