monitor become whiter??

whats happening to my monitor, the white parts make my screen harder to see now and its growing bigger as time goes by. Anyway got any nice monitor to recommend cos shopee 5/5 sales is coming.

LCD crystals have degraded. This will spread and cannot be fixed.

It will happen to every monitor eventually. My beautiful Acer F20 Ferrari degraded even though it was in immaculate condition when placed into storage.

Wear and Tear.

I recalled it got worst when I use it lesser after it happen.

I thought this is due to delamination of the backlight Vs the LCD screen.

Wow, I have never seen that before.

Is that 'WHITE' thing outside of the screen, like on the screen itself physically. Or is it inside, on the LED itself?

confirm inside cos i turn off monitor the white thing disappear
