Monitor brand

I was going to get a replacement monitor, since it's been almost 7 years since I got my Asus 1080p led monitor.
Since I'm replacing the system I have I was thinking why not replace everything, I saw a few and narrowed down to 3 1080p ips monitors.

AOC 1080p 27 inch 3m-sec 120 hrtz ips panel sgd$339.00
LG 1080p ultra-wide 29 inch 75hrtz 2 m-sec va panel sgd$299.00
Asus Strix 1080p 24 inch 175 hrtz 2m-sec ips panel sgd$599.00

All three ar e freesync 2 ready and the strix monitor has Gsync
The System I plan to use the monitor with is as stated >>
Which is my better option?

MSI Optix MAG27CQ. can consider this also $500+

2k resolution, 144hz.

I think this more worth then the asus strix la.. cos the resolution higher.

Depends on what using it for, if you dam competitive in FPS games, then maybe you need that extra 30hz( I don't really think you can see the diff tho).

Or maybe you need the Gsync(most probably can see a little diff), your GPU AMD means no g sync lo

Would love to pick up the acer but I no have credit card ( not allowed to have one due to health circumstances)
So most of my stuff have to get vie shops.

don't need credit card ah, you just head down to sls, see shops with monitor, walk in ask for this specific model E.g. ACER KG271, if the price is similar or slightly similar to the one at lazada, then buy loh.

Normall if they quote more exp, try to bargain, if cannot change shop. find the cheapest, but the price shouldnt differ much.

*SLS have video-pro shop(same as the seller in that lazada link) also, you can go there

If you're seating distance is near to the monitor, consider the asus strix 24 inch monitor, it's already overkill, the other 2 choices is worst. Don't you feel discomfort seating near a big monitor ?

Personally, I would recommend a 1440p with high refresh rate, over 1080p and 4K resolution ones. It is good balance between sharpness and refresh rate for a monitor screen.

I'm not that near since the mount I'll probably be using is a versa mount.

Avoid acer if you can help it. Bought the acer ED323QUR which is 144hz VA panel barely 3 months ago. Out of the box there were 2-3 dead pixels but they were all at the edges so i didnt do an exchange as i didnt want to go through the hassle of setting everything up again. As of now, there are 7-8 dead pixels that my eyes can spot.

Recently, i started getting stuck pixels which go away when i used my thumb to apply pressure on the panel. But they reappear after prolong usage of the monitor. Think i have no choice but to claim warranty although i think the model is current no longer in production. Maybe it just my bad luck but acer quality is seriously as bad as those korean oem branded monitors.

Personally I would recommend 24" 1080p 144hz ips but there is no such monitor available yet, to be released later this year.

27" would be kinda fugly for 1080p, recommended to go 1440p for that size
depend on your monitor distance, 27" might also be too big to play competitively, if you ever play competitively
