HELP: Monitor display nothing/bluish screen

My monitor shows nothing after I turn on the PC and heard the beep sound.

Then I switched the VGA cable from mobo to the graphic card directly, it shows windows but all things in blue tone.

What could be the problem, mobo or graphic card?

I am using Biostar G41 with intel core2 duo E6550 and XPERT Vision GF-8400GS 250MB.

Thanks.

Your mobo has onboard video ? If yes, take out gfx and use onboard video. If can boot and have display, reinsert your gfx and see if have display.

I removed my graphic card. Now my PC can boot and have display. Just that when playing videos, the playing 'jump' by a few seconds each time, very lag.

I reinsert the graphic card and my PC boots but no display again.

So I should get a replacement graphic card? What brand/model should I look for? I am now using Biostar G41 / XPERT Vision GF-8400GS 250MB.

Thanks!
