[SOLVED] Monitor flicker problem.

Need help to narrow down problem for my friend.

Specs
Some 19inch ACER LED screen
Intel I5 4460 MSI H97 PC MATE
Crucial 8gb (8gbx1) DDR3 1600mhz
Western Digital 1TB Blue
PALIT GTX760 jetstream
FSP AurumS 500W
Window 8.1 64bit

Computer turn on, screen came out. Can see the boot up screen, window 8 loading screen and start screen.

Monitor starts to repeatedly turn off for less than 2 seconds and on by itself after that.

Need to press the monitor power button off and on for afew times for it to stabilize. Problem still occurs after that.

Computer is still able to use as per normal but monitor will keep turning off and on by itself repeatedly.

Power and DVI cable checked all good.

I suspect the monitor got problem.
