Monitor flickering like mad..

Out of the blue. I wake up the monitor is flickering like mad. How to solve this flickering issue.

confirm is monitor uplorry..

i use my tv to test.. no flickering at all..

the prism 27 inch tv.. so fast uplorry.. only 2 years.. nowadays monitor don't last.
