Monitor flickering

Any kind souls here able to help?

My monitor is flicking with horizontal cyan, magenta lines.

It looks sth like this.

Monitor is a dell dell s2340L.

Says Dell monitor. But image is of a laptop. And a Macbook Pro at that.

Obvious EDMW troll is obvious. Go to the Apple Clinic or Notebook clinic for assistance.

Nobody here can fix your broken $3000 internet browser. Only Apple can even if out of warranty.

Would i still able to get it fix?

initially I thought it was a Dell laptop so I recocommended a notebook repair shop in SLS but after re-read then realized its a Dell monitor. If it has warranty then no-brainer to get it fixed else buy a new monitor since so cheap nowadays.

Thanks for the advice, guess i need to get a new replacement since its not under warranty anymore.

could be a GPU or display cable problem?

Test with the (1) iGPU (2) another cable and/or (3) another connector on the monitor first before writing off the monitor.

Haha this guy. Like the carpark lady who took photo say other ppl park poorly when she can’t even see her parking spot is not a lot. LTR

I tested with only the power cable connected to the display, the same issue happen.

Hence i ruled out the cable or the GPU being the issue
