Monitor for less than 250$

Hi i am from Sri Lanka and i am coming to Singapore for a holiday, so i thought of buying a monitor. I am looking for an IPS monitor which is atleast 23 inch and the price should be 250$ or below. I am looking for this monitor to play my PS3 on it. I will attach a few monitor that interest me, so that i can find the local singapore prices. I need local or International warranty preferably. I am intrested in AOC, Asus, LG, Dell, Benq or Viewsonic monitors but they need to be IPS , Full Hdmi under 250$ and 23 inch. A 23 inch 3D monitor for less than 250$ would also be ok.

I bought it from Sim Lim square. I bought an AOC i2367FH for 244$ with free PHILIPS usb 2.0 speakers and 3 year warranty and i got a GST refund of 15$ at the Changi Airport. So it costed me somewhat around 230$
