Monitor for office usage

Hi all, I will be heading down to SITEX this weekend and will be purchasing 10 Monitors for my office.

Monitors will only be used for microsoft office and some accounting related software.

so which brand of monitor is the most reliable (ps, no it technician in my office), as i prefer a brand that is durable.

Looking for 21 inch monitor and with budget around 200 and below. thnx
