Hi guys,

After i power on my computer, my screen will go to "Enter Power Saving Mode" on my Dell U2414H. Cant even view the BIOS screen.

Then it will stay black screen till i force off my computer. After I on again, it will be the same.

Bought my computer on Jan 2014.

this is the part i am using.
i5 4570 with ASROCK b85m pro4
g skill 8gb
msi r9 280x
wd blue 1tb hdd
seasonic 750w
plextor 128gb ssd

does anyone experience this problem before? what component is faulty?

since i found out the problem lies with the GPU, can someone help me on the RMA stuff?

i bought this computer from frotran in jan2014 and this graphic card has a 3year warranty, so it will end in jan 2017.

if i am not wrong, the GPU box have a "3YEAR WARRANTY BY CORBELL", but i did not register any warranty online for this GPU. is it still possible for RMA?

if it is possible, do i just bring the GPU for RMA or bring my whole computer?
what is the procedure like? i bring down my GPU exchange 1 for 1 on the same day? or how does it works?

kindly need some advice. thank you! :):)
