Built a computer + got a new monitor, the screen become like this at random timings. Picture is here

Is this a gpu or monitor issue?

bro are u coming from 5700xt gpu? I experience the same but the issue is gone after restarting the system. Although I can guarantee you it has nothing to do with monitor.

Don't overclock the monitor, try set to lower hz

Try different cables

Stock 75hz on monitor, tried using other cables. I think its the gpu as previous reply posted a reddit page about this issue.

try the onboard gpu or another card to confirm

My monitor no issue. You have to go check you own
Monitor menu.

besides demo mode, also mention f.lux < do u use?

If your gpu card got warranty then bring to service center
Let the tech guy check the faster way. Hehe..

try set pci-e to 3.0 in bios, default is auto.

cos i believed some users said it is running 4.0 even tho boards arent supporting it.

not sure if it will help.
