G-Sync or UHD?
ROG swift 27" or BenQ BL3201PT?

For casual gaming but mostly for work.
If you have a g-sync monitor, does g-sync benefit modelling work in any way?

GSync is to sync fps on ur monitor with ur gpu
So in term of gaming u won't see tearing. It's good to have for fps games but e price ...

For casual gaming and work don't need to waste that $300 extra on gsync. Get multi screen or wide screen so u can multi task like modeling one side other side can use on photoshop texturing, surf net for photo sample.

QHD the best. 4K at that size simply not worth it imo.
