Monitor keep turning off

Recently my monitor keep turning black screen and return back to normal on and off. The problem is less severe when at window tiles screen but when i switch to desktop, it turn black screen.

I have change a brand new hdmi cable and tested my monitor with my scv box, no problem found.

Anyone know what is the issue with my computer?

If ur monitor is connected to graphics card, plug it to onboard graphics and see if it still occurs. U have to take out the graphics card first
