Monitor no input during bootup

Bought a new Dreamcore PC about 3 months ago.

Sometimes will experience monitor no input during boot up. Monitor power is still on, but can't see anything, only a black screen.

After I restart PC again, then the monitor can see bootup into windows.

Can I ask if anyone can advise on this issue? Many thanks.

What is your display output?

When black screen is it black screen throughout or after a while it appears?

How about plugging the cable out and in before reboot?

Contact Dreamcore lor. under warranty, why never use the warranty

i am pretty sure they have better support compared to "after"shock"

anyway try using HDMI.

Sounds like psu issue or motherboard
