Monitor not displaying. Mobo issue?

Just built a rig but the monitor kept showing no signal.

Tried VGA, dvi and hdmi alrdy. All does not help at all.
Anyone have any experience regarding this issue?

TS, list down all parts here. Without this info, how do you expect bros here to know?

if possible use ur display outputs from ur mobo first.. then should be able to get into OS. then install graphics drivers..
then try plugging into graphics card after driver installation.
