Monitor or GFX problem? HELP~~

Hi guys, so my monitor started having these two blue thick vertical lines and afterwards the screen just goes black.
I have tried unplugging all the cables and the GPU and re-inserting back in but to no avail. Is the graphics card the issue here or issit my monitor? I don't have an extra monitor or GPU to do troubleshooting tho..

GPU - powercolor 7950 3gb pcs plus
Monitor - Dell U2312hm 23" IPS
Rig bought in 2013.

do u have a spare cable to change and test it?
do u have a onboard gpu to test it?
do u have a spare monitor to test it?

best hope its cable issues.
worst is gpu
but monitor i think is fine, since u can get a ips monitor cheap nowadays.

Oh ok managed to use onboard graphics to test, and the lines were gone! Unfortunately warranty expired already.. means now need to hunt for new GPU~

to get the similar performance gpu can consider getting GTX 1060 or rx 480/

powercolor cards always die just after 3 yrs, my 7850 also like that.
