Monitor or Mobo issue?

Hi Guys

Connect from PC to monitor via VGA cable= Cannot see whole screen being display within monitor. Part of it out position.

Connect from PC to monitor via Display port with HDMI converter to monitor= works perfectly.

Monitor= Dell 2340L
Mobo = Asrock H81 HDS(no gpu)

Please Help.

Try restart with vga connection or press Auto button on monitor?

try to adjust your screen resolution.

since the latter is working, why not continue using it? :p :s13:

side note: see if got spare vga cable to test.

Either VGA cable or VGA port is faulty.
