Monitor recommendation below $300?

The recent black out killed my near 5 year old dell. So now looking for a new monitor to replace. Used mainly for web surf and video watching with little gaming on the side.
Any good recommendations? Or should I stick to another dell?

Dell U-series are matte, S-series are glossy. Lazada liveup still gt rebates at 5% capped at $30 moving forward.

carousell can get around 270, the screen tearing unreal though. Don't know if its my set.
